The editor can start from a preset or from a blank cat. Presets shown in testing include Tuxedo, Black Tabby, Red Tabby, Bi-color, Seal Point, Solid White, Tortoiseshell, and brown, gray, and silver tabbies. The top-right save menu holds 8 slots. Type the cat's name and save. Disconnects drop unsaved edits. The Roblox page says these beta morphs are not guaranteed to exist in the free launch, so a slot is a test save, not a promise.

Size does not cost extra Robux. The menu documented across beta notes includes Small Kit, Kit, Small Apprentice, Apprentice, Small Warrior, Warrior, and Large Warrior. One write-up also lists Large Kit beside Kit. If your menu shows a size this list skips, use the label in the editor. Kit scale is the one that can freeze a sit. Animation Debug, or a larger size, clears it.

Paint in an order that sticks

Simple color has a palette and Color Entire Morph, which paints pelt, nose, ears, and paw pads together. Advanced color splits muzzle, nose bridge, chin, each cheek, outer ear, ear back, and inner ear. Claws, mouth interior, teeth, and whiskers have their own colors. Natural coats and bright custom colors are both available.

Stripes can be turned off per region, including head and front legs, with the red X beside that part. Dapples cannot be toggled off by region. To remove one spot, paint that section the same color as the base pelt. A spine stripe and a dorsal cover are separate markings. Offset gloss and makeup adjust the face.

Fluffy tails ignore new paint. Switch the tail to the regular slick tail under Body Modifications, color the tail bands and undertail, then turn Fluffy Tail back on. The colors stay on the fluffy mesh. Tail choices also include bob, half, fluffy bob, fluffy half, and no tail.

Ears can be normal, nicked, torn, or curled on either side. The cross icon returns an ear to standard. Cheek fluff, jaw fluff, chin fluff, split ears, lashes, and scars are toggles. Left and right controls are mirrored while you look at the cat, so check the result from the side pose. The editor pose row can hold a left or right view, closed eyes, an open mouth, sheathed claws, and a walk or sit cycle.

Accessories that change colors you already set

StarClan makes the pelt partly transparent, sets green eyes, and leaves star particles while you walk. Dark Forest sets black eyes and a ghostly aura. Turning Dark Forest off resets the eye color, so recolor the iris afterward. A BloodClan-style collar starts as a normal collar, then Advanced tooth slots 1 through 11 add teeth. Those teeth cannot be recolored. Feathers, flowers, leaves, and butterfly wings can be attached and recolored. The developers have said the priority is scars, natural pelts, and lore-fitting items such as kittypet collars, not large clothing packs. Clan rules still bar collars on Clan cats.

Slate and blue-gray coats often look flat gray inside the editor and read bluer once you load into outdoor light. Check the coat in the world before you burn a save slot on a gray that was meant to be blue.

Favorite colors and individual markings can be stored in the editor. Save again after the bio, because text-saving bugs were still being patched in the beta.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Warrior Cats: Lake Territory free?

Not during this private beta. The Roblox listing price is 99 Robux. Developers said that fee would rise to 200 Robux after the first week of the October 18, 2026 beta, and that the game becomes free at a public launch. That launch date has not been announced.

Are there working codes?

No code has been published for place 131527649303934. Codes from Warrior Cats: Ultimate Edition are for a different experience and are not listed here.

Will my morph be saved at the free launch?

The Roblox description says player data and characters from this play-test are not guaranteed to carry into the official launch. If a morph disappears during the current test, report it in the Community Server.

Can my cat die?

Survival damage, including deathberries and starvation, stops at 1% health. The cat stays in the world so a roleplay can continue. Eating deathberries on purpose is against the server's self-harm rule.

Is SkyClan in the game?

No. The playable Clans are ThunderClan, ShadowClan, WindClan, and RiverClan. The herb menu mentions plants and a gorge that are not on this map.

Can I play on my phone?

Phones and tablets can launch the Roblox client. The cat model was reduced for that hardware, and early builds still stutter on low-end devices. Console support is not confirmed.
